Service Description and Scope
VPNFJ provides international routes for cross-border access and subscription management services, with support for Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. The service provides the traffic and usage benefits included in the selected plan; it does not include accounts, memberships or content licenses for third-party websites.
Clients and subscriptions are managed through the user panel. Log in to retrieve your subscription. Access to third-party services remains subject to their regional policies, account requirements and terms of use. A successful network connection does not grant eligibility to use those services.
Account and Subscription Rules
No email address is required; create an account with a username and password. Keep your account password and subscription link secure, and do not display complete subscription details on public pages, in groups or in screenshots. If credentials are exposed or unusual activity is detected, change your password and request assistance through a support ticket.
There is no limit on the number of devices connected at the same time. This applies to the account holder’s own devices and does not permit reselling or renting out accounts or sharing subscriptions with others. You may not split a subscription for resale, use it to provide a public proxy service, or help others evade account controls.
Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date. If you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated based on the remaining days. Traffic packages remain available until used and do not expire. See the plans page and the order confirmation for prices and traffic allowances. Review the billing method before making a selection.
Requirements for Compliant Use
Users must comply with the laws and regulations of their location and any regions relevant to their use of the service, as well as the rules of the platforms they access. You must not use the service for fraud, violating others’ privacy or intellectual property, distributing illegal content, malicious attacks, unauthorized scanning or other unlawful activities.
Do not disrupt route operations, damage service facilities or affect other users’ normal use through abnormal requests. Users are responsible for determining whether the content they access and how they use it are lawful, and for activity under their accounts. Network acceleration does not replace any required content license or legal authorization.
Service Availability and Scope of Responsibility
Connection quality depends on the local network, carrier routing, the status of destination websites, device settings and route maintenance. VPNFJ does not guarantee connectivity in every region or at all times, or access through every third-party app. Specific speeds or uninterrupted connections are not guaranteed service deliverables.
If you experience connection issues, first follow the troubleshooting guide to check local settings, then submit the time of the issue, device platform, route name and error details. Do not include your password or complete subscription link in a support ticket.
Issues caused by third-party policy changes, local network outages or force majeure are assessed according to their actual causes. These terms do not limit user rights provided by applicable law or waive any responsibilities VPNFJ has under the law.
Refund Policy
You may request a full refund for any reason within 7 days of your first payment. To apply, log in to the user panel and use the support ticket system to explain your refund request and provide the relevant order information. You do not need to explain why you no longer wish to use the service.
Support will verify the order and request date, then update you on the refund process through the ticket. Do not provide your payment password or other sensitive information unrelated to order verification. Payment methods include Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Refund processing details are subject to order verification and communication through the ticket; no separate payment arrival time is guaranteed.
The refund rights described in this section are not limited by whether connection troubleshooting has been completed. Mandatory provisions of applicable law will take precedence.
Account Termination and Changes to These Terms
For unlawful use, resale or sharing, attacks on service facilities or other violations of these terms, VPNFJ may suspend relevant connections or terminate account services depending on the impact. Necessary temporary protective measures may also be taken if credentials are at risk of exposure. Users who disagree with a decision may explain their concerns and request a review through a support ticket.
Changes to these terms will be published on this page, and the date at the top will be updated. Important changes to subscription benefits will be announced on the site or through the user panel. Updates will not retroactively remove statutory rights or refund rights that have already accrued. See the Privacy Policy for details on how account information is handled.
